Agreement between User and insurcore.io

Welcome to insurcore.io. The insurcore.io website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Holistic Business Consulting, LLC DBA InsurCore ("ICO"). insurcore.io is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of insurcore.io constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Children Under Thirteen

ICO does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use insurcore.io only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before it begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made on the day of, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days or credit is forfeited.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

insurcore.io may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of ICO and ICO is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. ICO is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ICO of the site or any association with its operators.

Certain services made available via insurcore.io are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the insurcore.io domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that ICO may share such information and data with any third party with whom ICO has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of insurcore.io users and customers.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use insurcore.io strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to ICO that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

All content included as part of the Service is the property of ICO or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or exploit any of the content found on the Site. Use of content is for personal use only unless expressly authorized.

Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain message boards, forums, or other communication facilities. You agree to use them only to post content appropriate to the topic and refrain from defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening others, uploading illegal or harmful material, or conducting prohibited activities.

ICO has no obligation to monitor Communication Services but reserves the right to review and remove content. ICO may disclose any information to comply with laws or protect rights and safety.

Materials Provided or Posted to insurcore.io

ICO does not claim ownership of materials you provide. However, by submitting content, you grant ICO permission to use your submission for business purposes including reproduction and publication.

You warrant you own or control all rights to your submission.

Third Party Accounts

You may connect your ICO account to third-party accounts. Doing so constitutes consent to share your data as described in your privacy settings on those services.

International Users

ICO is operated from the USA. Users outside the USA are responsible for compliance with local laws. Do not access or use the Site where prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ICO harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of rights of others.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The prevailing party may recover legal fees. This clause survives termination of this agreement.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes will be arbitrated on an individual basis. No class actions or collective claims allowed.

Liability Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. ICO and its suppliers disclaim all liability for errors, delays, or damages arising from use of the Site. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

Termination/Access Restriction

ICO may terminate your access at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

This is the full agreement between the user and ICO. It supersedes prior communications. A printed version is admissible in legal proceedings. English is the governing language.

Changes to Terms

ICO may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will replace prior versions.
